VL.Fitt – Fitness Classes
Vicky set up VL.Fitt in 2024 after twenty years working at St Albans YMCA Fitness Centre, deciding to go out on her own and build what she calls her own fitness community. She runs Dance Fitt and Floor, Latin Dance Aerobics and High Intensity HIIT and Metafit classes across the St Albans and Hemel Hempstead area. Vicky has been teaching fitness classes in the area for more than 25 years in total, and welcomes all experience levels and abilities to her sessions.
