A gentle Monday morning stroll of up to three miles, walked each week in the company of the convenor's two dogs and usually ending at a coffee place. The group starts at around 9am, with the time and meeting point arranged beforehand by message or email.
- Newcomers Everyone is welcome, with or without a dog, and the distance depends on how people are feeling on the day.
