Meets: Monthly on Thursday afternoons 2:00 PM-4:00 PM 4th Thursday of the month (unless otherwise stated)
Where: Member's Home, Wadhurst
A light-hearted look at everyday objects and how they have changed over the years. Each session opens with a brief history of the subject from the convenor, after which participants show an object they have brought on a theme set in advance, talk about it for a few minutes and answer questions. Themes have included a favourite wildflower and a herb, brought unlabelled so that the group can identify it by smell. The group meets in a member's home on the fourth Thursday of the month, from 2pm until 4pm.
- Who it is for Places are limited to six participants at any one time and the group is currently full, though names can be added to the waiting list. Anyone who has not been before is given precedence for a session.
